also auch daran, Bewusstsein in Bewegungen zu bringen.

BODY - Es geht um Körper
Körperwahrnehmung und -bewusstsein, somatische Aspekte, die Poesie von Körpern in Stille und in Bewegung, Poesie von Körpern im Raum, ...

POETRY - Es geht auch um Poesie
Reichtum wahrnehmen von dem was ist - mehr und mehr, expanding, radial; Atmosphären; Ja-sagen-Üben zu dem was ist. Inklusion. Hier und Jetzt.

Zum Schluss jeder Session werden wir kurze Stücke machen. Da gibt es viel zu entdecken und zu lernen. Yeah!

At the end of each session we will make short pieces. There is a lot to discover and learn. Yeah!
